Employment Opportunities

ECASD employs approximately 1,400 full and part-time employees and is responsible for the education of approximately 10,000 students. 

Employees are grouped into several categories: Administration, Buildings & Grounds, Certified, Classified, Food & Nutrition, and Non-Affiliated staff.

Vacancies at all levels will be posted on a regular basis. In order for a candidate (including substitutes) to be considered for any position, an on-line application must be completed and submitted.

Do you want to be a Substitute Teacher or Substitute Aide/Clerical Candidate?
The Eau Claire Area School District partners with Teachers on Call (TOC) to provide teacher, clerical, and aide substitutes for the district.  TOC 24/7, featuring AESOP technology, allows substitutes to search for available assignments any time, either by calling a toll-free number or by logging on via the web.

Eau Claire Area School District Employment Open House

The Eau Claire Area School District is holding an Employment Open house on Tuesday, April 11th  from 4PM-7PM at North High School located at 1801 Piedmont Road,  Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

This is an opportunity to learn more about employment with the Eau Claire Area School District and receive an on the spot interview for the following job openings:

 - Certified Teachers-License Required
 - Special Education Assistants
 - General School Assistants
 - Custodial and Maintenance positions
