Diploma Pick Up
For 2020 graduates the tentative beginning pickup date is June 17. Diplomas will become available for pick up in Student Services during office hours. The graduate is the ONLY person who will be allowed to sign for and pick up the diploma. A photo I.D. will be required.
Diplomas are not mailed out but are kept at North until they are picked up by the graduate.
Note:
Diplomas are printed by Jostens and use ECASD database information for name spelling. If a senior has noticed their name misspelled on a report card, schedule, or other system generated document, they should notify North's registrar in Student Services no later than March 6th at 715-852-6614. After this date, any diplomas with misspelled names will need to be replaced at the graduate's own expense by contacting Jostens.
