Information to help you prepare for this school year:
RELEASE FORM-1st or 5th hour
(for Juniors or Seniors-permission for late arrival or early release)

Important Back to School Information

Student Council Videos Discuss How to Help Keep North Safe!
Social Responsibility:
3 Musts for a Happy, Healthy Husky:
Handwashing:
Students will be allowed into the building at 7:20 a.m.
Students that eat breakfast will be allowed to participate in the breakfast pickup and then take their breakfast to their first class to eat.
Students will not be permitted to socialize in the commons before school because of social distancing guidelines.
Every student will be assigned a Math, English, Science, and Social Studies course. Many students will participate in an in-person elective; however, some electives need to be ran virtually.
Every family needs to understand that because of safety, North will move to a closed lunch campus. Students can bring their lunch if they choose to do so. If students do not want to bring their lunch, school lunch will be offered, but Ala Cart options are not available until further notice.
Because there will not be any extracurricular activity options after school, students and parents need to understand that at 3:15 p.m., all students are expected to be exited from North. Please have transportation arrangements in place for your Husky.
Class periods have been adjusted from 53 minute to 74 minute class periods. In this model, multiple lessons will be taught during the larger time periods.
Students
MUST
use their district issued email. All communication will run through CANVAS and school email.
While students are at home for their blended virtual experience, they will have various times to log on with their elective class that is running virtually. Students will be able to log on for personal and in-class virtual instruction.
I must stress, students will need to stay with the schedule issued to them upon arrival. Switching of schedules will not be permitted because classes will be scheduled for maximum safe social distancing guidelines.
