Facility Use/Rental

INVITES, TOURNAMENTS, COMPETITIVE EVENTS

THE FOLLOWING ARE ITEMS REQUIRED IF YOU WISH TO USE AN EAU CLAIRE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT FACILITY TO HOST AN EVENT THAT YOU WILL INVITE OTHERS TO ATTEND (TOURNAMENTS, INVITES, MEETS, ETC.). Click links below to access forms.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MAY BE HELPFUL WHEN PLANNING YOUR EVENT:

GYMNASIUMS
Most Elementary Schools offer one gym court. The following elementary schools offer two courts: Longfellow, Putnam Heights and Robbins. These courts are not regulation size.

Middle School Gyms
South Middle School has three gym courts. DeLong Middle School and Northstar Middle School each have two gym courts. Each middle school can combine two courts to create one regulation size court when bleachers are used.

Each high school has two gyms
North High's East Gym may be divided into two regulation size courts, without bleachers. If bleachers are used, there is one regulation size court.
North High's West Gym (Doghouse) has three courts, but only one is regulation size, with or without bleachers.
Memorial High's Game Gym can be divided into two regulation size courts, without bleachers. The courts can be combined for one regulation size court if bleachers are used.
Memorial High's Auxilliary Gym has two regulation size courts, with a divider. Portable bleachers or chairs may be set up, leaving only one regulation size court.

POOLS
ECASD offers five full size pools. There is one pool at each of our secondary schools:
  • Memorial High School (no diving)
  • North High School (no diving)
  • DeLong Middle School (no diving)
  • Northstar Middle School
  • South Middle School

AUDITORIUMS
ECASD offers six presentation areas. There are two areas at Memorial and one at each of our other secondary schools:
  • North High School - capacity 1,000
  • Memorial High School - capacity 1,475
  • DeLong Middle School - capacity 575
  • South Middle School - capacity 458
  • Northstar Middle School (open cafetorium) - capacity 575
  • Memorial Little Theater - capacity 225
