Communiy groups and organizations must pay the annual user/application fee before being able to submit schedules for 2023-2024. If you wish to pay your fee online by credit card, you need an invoice. We do not automatically invoice for annual user fees because we cannot make assumptions about who hopes/plans to use our faciities in the future. So you must notifiy the facility use office if you want to be invoiced for your annual fee. You can also mail or drop off a check at the facility use office: 623 N Hastings Way, Eau Claire, WI 54703.
WEEKEND USE:
Start and end times, and limitations to hours do not apply on weekends. However, there are additional fees for weekend use associated with overtime costs.
OUTDOOR AREAS:
Outdoor spaces are handled the same as indoor spaces, and are scheduled via our scheduling system. The hours available for community use are the same as for indoor spaces (list at right).
In order to keep our fields in proper condition they need to be fertilized, watered and seeded; so it may be necessary to close them for periods of time. Please do not use any field marked for maintenance and/or rest (see schedule at right). Any fields or lawns being fertilized will be posted in advance as required by law.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
New information, including potential use on Virtual School days, will be included in the updated Conditions of Use. We hope to post that on this page soon.
