Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or a little out of control? If you are looking for ways to deal with these feelings, join the New Mindfulness Club!!  Mindfulness helps clear and strengthen your mind helping with problem solving and your reactions to everyday events.  Meetings will be from 3-3:30, in the Mindfulness Room (in Student Services) starting after spring break. Everyone is welcome.
