Infinite Campus is used by millions of students nationwide and supports school districts of all sizes across the country. The platform is designed to grow with districts over time, offering flexible tools for grades, schedules, communication, and family engagement in one place.
What This Means for Families & Students
We understand that changing systems can bring questions, and we want to reassure families that this transition is being carefully planned with families in mind.
ECASD’s intentional rollout plan includes:

Clear instructions on how families and students will access Infinite Campus

Guidance on reviewing and updating household, contact, and emergency information

Step-by-step support to ensure a smooth transition for everyone
No immediate action is needed at this time.
Support, Resources & Training
To help families feel confident using Infinite Campus:

Family access information, including new login details and account setup guidance, will be shared in late July 2026.

Short training videos and howto resources will be available to support common tasks such as:

Logging in

Viewing schedules and grades

Updating contact information
-
Managing notifications
-
These resources will be easy to access and designed to support families at their own pace.
Preparing Our Staff for a Successful Transition
ECASD staff are already actively preparing for the transition to Infinite Campus. Throughout the 2025–26 school year, staff are participating in Infinite Campus trainings as well as StandardsBased Grading (SBG) training to ensure a strong understanding of both the system and the instructional practices supported within it.
Beginning this work early allows our staff time to:

Build confidence using Infinite Campus tools and features

Practice key workflows that support students and families

Align grading and reporting practices within the new system
By investing in staff learning and preparation now, ECASD is ensuring that educators and support staff are fully equipped well before families and students begin using Infinite Campus. Staff success is foundational to the success of this migration, helping ensure a smooth, positive experience for students, families, and staff alike.
Infinite Campus Goes Live!
Important Dates
June 30, 2026: Last day to access Skyward
Beginning July 1, 2026: Skyward will no longer be available for ECASD families or students
This includes both the Skyward mobile app and desktop login
