Private School Request for Assistance

A Private School Request for Assistance may be submitted when staff or families suspect a child may need additional support due to developmental, academic, behavioral, social, or emotional needs. The Private School Request for Assistance process may be utilized for school-age students enrolled in private schools located within Eau Claire Area School District boundaries and may be initiated by any adult wondering about a child’s development (e.g., parent/guardian, classroom teacher, caregiver, etc.). Please note this is not a request for a special education evaluation.  

If your child has an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) or Individualized Education Program (IEP), please contact your child’s ISP/IEP manager.
