Free and Reduced Information

HOUSEHOLD MEAL APPLICATIONS
 
Thank you for submitting your Household Meal Application each year!  These applications are critical because they help the Eau Claire Area School District receive funding for many school programs.  If you believe that your student(s) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals, please complete the short application on the last page.  A new application is required every year unless you received a letter from the Food and Nutrition Department stating that you do not need to complete an application this school year.

You can easily apply online for free or reduced price meals for the 2024-25 school year HERE.
If you fill out an online application, there is no need to fill out a paper application.

To apply for free or reduced price meals, fill out the Free & Reduced Price School Meals Application available at all schools or the Food & Nutrition Office.  We cannot approve an application that is not complete, so be sure to fill out ALL required information.  Return the completed application to the school or the Food & Nutrition Office at 500 Main Street, Eau Claire, WI 54701.  If you have any questions or need help, please contact the Food and Nutrition Office at (715) 852-3061.
