Alert: Possible Issues With Wireless during February 2025
If staff or students with ECASD laptops are having trouble connecting to the Internet, please:
1) Switch to ECASD_Guest wireless
2) Type “Company Portal” in the Windows search bar
3) Click "Sync this device" from the options beneath Company Portal

4) Wait, keeping your laptop open and on. This "sync" can take 20 to 30 minutes to run
5) Switch back to ECASD_Wireless (and for good measure, restart your laptop)
6) Call our IT Helpdesk at 48-411 if you still have issues
