Members of the Foundation Board  of Trustees grant out funds to:

• Fund specific priority programs and projects that the donor has designated and the board has accepted
• Maintain a vibrant Greatest Needs Fund to meet Foundation priorities for the district
• Maintain a fund for each school so there is money available to meet immediate student needs
• Award grants to individual schools and teachers for innovative projects through a grant process
