ALERT: We have increased the security of our ECASD Cloud services!

If you recieved a message on your phone or tablet (iPad) that "Your email access has been blocked" -
Please take the following steps: (exact steps will vary from device to device - the following are provided as general guidance.)

  1. Delete your existing ECASD account connection from your device.  This is usually available under your Settings and then Accounts.
  2. Update your device to the latest operating system.  This is usually available under Settings, General, and then Software Updates.
  3. Download the app "Microsoft Outlook" from your app store.  App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android. 
  4. Launch the app "Microsoft Outlook", if prompted to enter a Google account, you may skip this because our email system is based upon your Microsoft 365 account. 
  5. Proceed with entering your ECASD email address, you will be prompted for your ECASD network password from the ECASD branded Technology portal.
  6. ​It is important that you select "Sign in" when promtpted and do not attempt to configure the email settings your self.

ECASD does not provide official support for personal devices but we can provide basic guidance through the steps listed above.
