The Eau Claire 4 Tomorrow Program (EC4T) serves children who are 4 years old on or before September 1st. This is a voluntary 4K program implemented within the Eau Claire School District and community childcare and preschool centers. A variety of parent involvement opportunities are offered.

The Head Start program serves children who are 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1st. This a federally funded program that has operated in the Eau Claire School District for over 35 years and provides quality education and comprehensive services to children and their families in partnership with the community. Priority enrollment is given to income-eligible families.
E
arly Childhood Special Education (ECSE)
The ECSE program serves children who are 3 or 4 years old and have been identified with special needs. This program offers Itinerant, Self-Contained, and Combination Services. ECSE offers a variety of resources for families.
